BUDGET MANUAL
Series of instructions used in huge organizations or companies to prepare budgets for the following year. The manual standardizes the process of preparing the total budget. Financial analysts work closely with each department or group to gather budget information on a pre-determined schedule, then send data to financial controllers until the Chief Executive Officer aggregates the budget.
