BUTTERFLY SPREAD
Neutral options strategy mixing bull and bear spreads. It is built on four option contracts with similar maturity but three various strike price. The trader sells two option contracts at the middle strike price, and purchases one option each at the high and low strike price. Both pulls and calls can be employed for this spread.
