CAISSE POPULAIRE
It is a unified group of people or also called as cooperative, member-owned monetary institution that accomplish old style banking roles as well as different activities such as investment dealing, insurance and lending. Caisses Populaires can be mainly seen in the province of Quebec in Canada, as caisses populaires are basically the francophone counterpart of a credit union.
