CALL ON A PUT

Compound options has 4 kinds and one of those is the Call on a put. An underlying put option has a call option which is the Call on a put. If the owner of the option practices the call option, that owner will get a put option, which is an option that grants the owner the capability but not the responsibility to merchandise a particular asset at a determined price within a designated time period. The worth of a call on a put alters in an opposite proportion to the stock amount, i.e. it lessens as the price of the stock rises, and gains as the stock price declines. Split-fee option is another term used to characterize Call on a put.
