CANCELLATION PROVISION CLAUSE
In an insurance policy, this is a provision that allows an insurance company or an insurer to call off or cancel a casualty and property or a health insurance policy at any time before its due date. Cancellation clauses are not covered by life insurance policies, and while health insurance policies holds cancellation clauses, the clause does not permits the insurer to call off the policy.
