CASH FLOW PER SHARE
Gauging a company’s financial strength. It reflects the post-tax earnings plus depreciation of every common stock. Earnings per share value can be easily altered, so many financial analysts use cash flow per share value because the latter is more difficult to modify. Thus, it gives a more precise value of the firmness and sustainability of a certain business model.
