CLAUSED BILL OF LADING
Bill of lading indicating damage or shortfall in the delivered products. Normally, the recipient may declare claused bill of lading if the shipped goods fails to meet delivery specifications or anticipated quality. Also called dirty bill of lading or foul bill of lading.
