COMPLEMENTARY CURRENCY - CC
Currency used as a complement to another currency, usually a national currency, in which the value is not based on conventional methods. Although not considered a legal tender and not a substitute to a national currency, it is used to encourage consumers and business to change their behaviors. Such currencies can also integrate time or real sources into its scale.
