CONDITIONAL PREPAYMENT RATE - CPR
Estimated loan prepayment rate equivalent for a pool of loan, assuming it will be paid off before maturity in every period. It is computed based on numerous factors including historical prepayment rates for previous loans similar to ones in the pool and on economic outlooks.
