CO-OWNER
Individual or group sharing ownership in an asset with another individual or group. Co-owner of an asset holds a certain percentage although this may vary depending on the ownership agreement. Normally, rights of every owner are specified in accordance with a contract or written agreement such as treatment of revenue and tax obligations.
