CORPORATE PENSION PLAN
Formal arrangement, between a company and its employees or the employees’ union, which provides funding for the retirement. The pool of funds can be funded in many ways that will be used to make periodic payments to retired workers. Most of the time, both the firm and workers contribute regularly to the pension plan.
