CREDIT APPLICATION
Request for a credit extension, either in oral or written form. The document must follow the extension request procedures set by the lender for it to become valid. It must also entail the information related to the cost of the credit such as annual percentage yield and other fees. In the United States, Federal Reserve’s Regulation Z governs this application process.
