ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY
Term indicating an economic state in which every resource is positively allocated to serve each individual in the best possible way while reducing waste and inefficiency. If an economy is economically efficient, any modifications made to support an individual would harm another. In production, goods are produced at the lowest possible costs, as are the variable inputs of production.
