FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT - FLSA
The U.S. fedeal law that sets out labor regulations concerning minimum wages, overtime pay, and limitations on child labor. This act regulates interstate commerce employment. It aims to protect employees against unfair pay practices or work regulations.
