GBP
Abbreviation of the British pound sterling, the official currency of the United Kingdom. Zimbabwe also uses this currency. It is made up of 100 pence and represented by the pound sign (£). It is pegged to the Falkland Islands pound, Gibraltar pound, Guernsey pound (GGP), Jersey pound (JEP), Manx pounds, Northern Ireland notes, Saint Helenian pound, and Saint Helenian pound.
