GOOD FAITH MONEY
Deposit of money into an account to prove a buyer’s intention of completing the transaction. Most of the time, the amount will be a percentage of the amount owed. The money in the account can also be called margin or performance bond, depending on the transaction type. Also known as earnest money and opposite of down payment.
