GRANDFATHERED BOND
Classification for bonds in the European Union excluding payments made on the bonds from retention taxes. Bonds must have been issued before March 1, 2001 to fall into this category, or had its prospectus certified before this date. Also, bonds must not have any re-issued at any time after February 28, 2002.
