GREEN BOND
Tax-exempt bond issued by municipalities or federally qualified organizations used for developing brownfield sites. Brownfield sites refer to areas of land that are under developed, underutilized, or abandoned buildings, which have low levels of industrial pollution. It is the shorter name for Qualified Green Building and Sustainable Design Project Bonds.
