INCOME PROPERTY
Real estate property purchased or developed to generate income through leasing, renting, or price appreciation. Residential or commercial, it is commonly called non-owner occupied. Mortgage for non-owner occupied property may get a higher interest rate than owner-occupied loans as lenders view it as a higher risk.
