INVERSE ETF
An exchange-traded fund (ETF) that is designed, using several derivatives, to profit from a decrease in the value of an underpinning benchmark. Investing in these ETFs is the same with holding various short positions, or using a mix of advanced investment strategies to yield from dropping prices. Also called Bear ETF or Short ETF.
