JERRY A. HAUSMAN

The Director of the MIT Telecommunications Economics Research Program and an economics professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology for more than 30 years. Hausman received the 1985 John Bates Clark Award from the American Economics Association for his outstanding contributions to economics by an economist who is under 40 years of age. His research has concentrated on applied microeconomics, differentiated products, econometrics, telecommunications, taxation, energy, aging, environment, and energy.
