JUMPSTART OUR BUSINESS STARTUPS ACT - JOBS

An act that mitigate the regulations imposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on small firms. It loosens restraints on capital raising for small enterprises including permitting the small businesses to go public with less than $1 billion in annual gross revenue and rendering more legitimacy to the manner of crowdfunding, where companies can seek publicly for investments. US President Barack Obama signed the act on April 5, 2012.
