KICKBACK
A bribe or a payment from an individual in business or private sector for a person in the government or politics. It aims to persuade or influence his or her decision or performance in a secret agreement and dishonest business deal. Kickback can be legal or illegal and it comes in many forms. In investing, a commission rebate for investors who enter the trade regularly is the most common form of kickback.
