A company’s intangible asset that consists of the following: information and skills of their employees, proficiency with business processes, and group work and on-the-job learning. It does not focus on the physical factors of production but rather on the skills, experiences, and learnings the employees share with each other to improve their efficiencies. A company, who has knowledge capital, has comparative advantage over its competitors.
