LIMITED ENTREPRENEUR
An individual who partakes in a limited liability company but does not have an active role in administering the company. A limited entrepreneur need not to pay self-employment tax and is not accountable for any debts of the company. But LLC owners must be cautious in allocating not more than 35% of the its losses to limited entrepreneurs. Otherwise, it would be considered as a syndicate and be facing several tax treatment.
