LOOKBACK OPTION
An exotic option which allows investors to look back at the underlying prices that occur in the option’s life and then apply it according to its optimal value. It decreases uncertainties connected to the timing of market entity. There are two types of lookback option: fixed and floating. This may be appealing to investors but considered somewhat speculative.
