LOW / NO DOCUMENTATION LOAN
A loan category that generally falls under Alt-A sector of mortgage lending. It provides borrowers the capacity to indicate a limited amount of details on their application. Limited income, employment, or asset information may be needed depending on the distinct kinds of low documentation loan. In some cases, however, the borrower need not to provide these information at all. There are definite differences between varied low documentation and no documentation loan programs from lenders.
