MARKET VERSUS QUOTE - MVQ
Comparing the last price the security traded and the latest bid and ask prices. The best bid and ask prices are usually close to the market price, but there are some instances that the market price is significantly different from the bid-ask price, particularly a thinly-traded security. Normally, securities trading under high volume and with greater liquidity have a smaller market against the quote value. On the other hand, illiquid securities have a larger market upon the quote value.
