MASTER SWAP AGREEMENT
A basic and standardized swap contract made by International Swaps and Derivatives Association in the late 1980s. This agreement points out two parties that enters the transaction, depicts the agreement terms such as payment, events of default and termination, and elaborates all other legalities of the arrangement.
