MONTH-TO-MONTH TENANCY
A rental agreement where the lease is renewed at the end of every month. Should the lessee decides to leave at the end of the month, he or she may vacate the place without breaking the agreement. The renter can stay as long as he or she can, provided the lessee will pay the rent on time and the landlord won’t give prior notice of vacancy.
