Court case which involves an auction house and a buyer. Considered a landmark case in the arts, the buyer suspected the price of items at auction were rigged and overpriced. The plaintiffs in this case, Frank and Anna Nataros, purported the auction house employees engaged in negligent misrepresentation and fraud during the sale of several items.
