NATIONAL CREDIT UNION ADMINISTRATION - NCUA
An agency of the U.S. central government that was formed to monitor the federal credit unions across the nation. One of its major tasks is to run the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund that uses tax dollars to assure the deposits at all federal credit unions.
