A subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation or DTCC which offers risk management, information and settlement, central clearing services to the financial business. It delivers multilateral netting so that brokers can offset buy and sell positions to a single payment responsibility, thus decreasing financial exposure and capital requirements.
