OFFLINE DEBIT CARD
An offline debit card often has a daily maximum limit. If not, the maximum amount is based on funds held in the underlying bank account. Since this card is offline, the bank account is not directly accessed, which means there is a delay from 24 to 72 hours before the amount of purchase is debited from an account.
