PARTIALLY CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE - PCD
PCD is a type of convertible debenture where partial of is redeemed by the issuing company after a definite period of time and partial of it is convertible into equity at the end of the stated period. The ratio of conversion for the partially convertible debenture is decided by the issuer when the debenture is issued.
