QUICK-RINSE BANKRUPTCY
A bankruptcy procedure that is faster to resolve than a regular bankruptcy procedure. This procedure skips the court which would have delayed the process. The term first arose in 2008, during the financial crisis when General Motors had to quickly file in for bankruptcy.
