RATE LEVEL RISK
This kind of interest rate risk affirms that the characteristics of fluctuation of interest rate are inconstant over a period of time. Interest rates are expected to change over the period of time of an investment, but the chances of change in interest rate is not always constant, nor is the magnitude of the volatility of interest rate changes.
