SCHEDULE 13E-4F
Schedule 13E-4F is a schedule that is an option for a private issuer that must be Canadian. It makes an issuer tender offer for its equity in the condition that the US holders have less than 40% of the class of shares subject to the offer. All this is possible provided that the Canadian issuer comply with the essential Canadian regulations about issuer tender offer statements.
