SCHEDULE TO-T
Schedule TO-T is a schedule filed under the Securities and Exchange Commission. It must be filed by any other entity that is not the issuer itself. The tender offer for specified equities must be in compliance with the 1934 Act’s Section 14d or 13e. Schedule TO-T is the replacement of Section 14D-1. The replacement occurred also in January, 2000 along with Schedule TO-I replacing Schedule 13E-4.
