SEAT
A seat is a membership to the New York Stock Exchange. When you own a seat at the NYSE, it means that you are able to trade on the floor of the exchange either as a broker which is an agent for someone else of a floor trader which is being an agent for your own personal account. Owning a seat signifies a prestigious position in the market due to its exclusivity.
