SEC FORM 10-D
SEC Form 10-D is also referred to as the Asset-Backed Issuer Distribution Report. This means that SEC Form 10-12B is a filing used by specifies asset-backed security issuers for the purpose of notifying regulators and investors of interest, dividend, and capital distributions under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The data gathered under SEC Form 10-D includes the supporting information about surrounding previous and upcoming distributions from asset-backed securities. Details about the total value of distribution, timing of distribution, and liquidation of the investments underlying an issue or tranche are also contained here.
