SEC FORM 10-KT
SEC Form 10-KT is a filing which is submitted in lieu of or in addition to a standard 10-K annual report under the Securities and Exchange Commission. This is done when a company is changing its fiscal year-end. SEC Form 10-KT gives an extensive analysis of the business activities the company engages in. A standard 10-K report shall be filed once again once the shift to the fiscal year is done.
