SEC FORM 19B-4
SEC Form 19b-4 is a form under the Securities and Exchange Commision. The purpose SEC Form 19b-4 is for a self-regulatory organization or SRO to inform the SEC of a proposed rule which abides by the Rule 19b-4 under the Securities Exchange act of 1934. The proposition may or may not take effect immediately upon filing of SEC Form 19b-4.
