SEC Form 18-K is also referred to as the Annual Report for Foreign Governments and Political Subdivisions. This means that SEC Form 18-K is a filing whose purpose is to update the SEC and investors about a security that is a domestically traded foreign security and its issuer under the Securities and Exchange Commission.
