SEC FORM 18-12G
SEC Form 18-12G is also referred to as the Application for Registration of Foreign Governments and Political Subdivisions. This means that SEC Form 18-12G is a filing required for foreign governments that want to issue a new security that will be available for sale in the US under the Securities and Exchange Commission.
