SEC FORM 6-K

SEC Form 6-K is a form mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission. SEC Form 6-K must be submitted by foreign private issuers of security in accordance with the rules under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 where it must contain all the information of the foreign private company and the data issued to local securities regulator along with the any investors and the stock exchange that it is involved with. Basically, SEC Form 6-K is a "catch-all" form where investors might find any material information within the annual and quarterly financial reports. These are also filed with SEC.
