SEC FORM 8-B12G
SEC Form 8-B12G is a filing that concerns the registration of a certain successor issuer’s securities in accordance to section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 under the Securities and Exchange Commission. Section 12(g) is primarily concerned with the registration of a security by an issuer with discussion on the exemption to the rules and the kinds of issuers that may be exempted from the 1934 Securities Exchange Act requirements on the issuance of securities.
