SEC Form 8-K12G3 is an initial filing under the Securities and Exchange Commission that acts as the notification of securities of successor issuers allowed to register in accordance to Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Section 12 is concerned with the registration requirements of the securities to be listed on a certain exchange.
