SEC FORM ADV

SEC Form ADV is an application filing under the Securities and Exchange Commission. The purpose of SEC Form ADV is for the registration as an investment adviser or an amendment thereto consisting of two parts. Part one of SEC Form ADV is the part where the applicant supplies personal information about him or her. Part two consists of an outline of the applicant’s line and scope of business along with his or her nature as an adviser and his or her preferred clientele, and finally the fees to be charged. Both state and federal authorities accept SEC Form ADV.
