SEC Form 8A12BT is a form under the Securities and Exchange Commission that is primarily concerned with the registration of listed debt securities or bonds in accordance to Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. SEC Form 8A12BT’s effectivity takes place simultaneously with the concurrent Securities Act registration statement.
